M.M. NAVEP S.A. continues since 1978 the activities of a wide range of services in the field of repairs, refits and ship constructions, such as shipbuilding studies, rolling, pipework and scaffolding works, marine boiler constructions. Since 1996, it has been operating in the shipbuilding and repair zone of Perama. It has recently expanded its activities covering the needs of the wider Industrial Sector.

The overall operation of the company M.M. NAVEP S.A. governed by the principles reflected in the Unified Quality, Environment & HSE Management System. The Unified System is based on the requirements and specifications defined by the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 and is fully harmonized with the activity and goals of the company.

The company undertakes:

– To observe and comply with the requirements of the Unified Management System which is based on the International Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.

– To provide the appropriate resources for the continuous improvement of the Unified Management System in order to provide quality services, improve its Environmental performance and create a safe Work Environment.

– Through the effective operation of the Unified Management System to implement a Compliance check with the Legislative & Regulatory requirements and to focus on the intake of pollution, reducing the impact of its activities on the environment and on YAE.

– To provide safe working conditions with priority given to the employee's health, in order to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases.

– To provide employees with the appropriate resources for the identification, evaluation and minimization of risks for the Y.A.E. related to the company's activities.

– To promote the participation of the company's employees in the process of searching for effective methods for the identification, evaluation and elimination or limitation to an acceptable level of occupational risks.

Basic objectives of the Unified Management System:

– The continuous improvement of the services provided, as well as the overall operation of the Unified Management System.

– Full compliance with contractual obligations and timely completion of services to our customers.

– The clear identification of the customer's requirements and the documented and continuous monitoring and measurement of the degree of customer satisfaction and the recording of any suggestions or complaints.

- Ensuring the necessary resources for its effective operation.

– The documented search for the causes of problems and weaknesses, in order to determine and implement the necessary corrective actions, in order to avoid their recurrence.

– For this purpose, the company has recorded the environmental aspects resulting from its activities & has established purposes & objectives for those that have been identified as important.

– Ensuring the competence of employees, through their continuous training.

– The establishment of clear and measurable Quality and Environment objectives and evaluation of the company's performance, with the aim of continuously improving the quality of the company's services, as well as improving its Environmental performance.

- Establishing clear and measurable health and safety goals for employees in order to evaluate the company's performance in health and safety and to improve the working environment.

Ensuring the continuous effectiveness & suitability of the Unified Management System is achieved through procedures and controls of both production processes and suppliers & partners.

This Policy has been communicated to all employees and partners and is available to the public. It is reviewed and revised annually upon review by Management.
