• The funnel of the ship has been extended by 2000 mm at height and 845 mm at breadth (PORT & STBD). The part of the new funnel extension has been prefabricated out of steel (GRADE A) in the factory.
• Removal of all the old exhaust ducts of the main engine’s pieces 4 and removal of all old exhaust ducts of generator engines pieces 3.
• Construction and installation of new main engine exhaust ducts made of 6mm Corten steel Plates – A 588 material as well as the exhaust ducts of the generator engines and one line of the boiler.
• Installation of new systems of exhaust gas ducts called SCRUBBER for the main engines and generator engines in total installation of 7 pieces (fabrication in the factory and subsequent installation on the ship).
